SCOTT COMPANY WILL DEDUCT A $15.00 HANDLING FEE FROM ANY REFUNDS PERTAINING TO ATTEMPTED PURCHASES BY NON-LAW ENFORCEMENT INDIVIDUALS. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scott Company reserves the right to restrict all sales to law enforcement only.

 

ALL sales initiated from the website are subject to validation and or verification with local, municipal, county, parish, state, tribal, or federal law enforcement agencies.  

 

All information submitted via this website becomes the property of Scott Company and may be disseminated accordingly in cooperation with any and all law enforcement investigations. During the course of any investigation, Scott Company may provide details of any order (including names, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, IP addresses and credit card numbers) placed through this website to any local, municipal, county, parish, state, tribal, or federal law enforcement agency upon request in the event Scott Company (or any law enforcement agency) believes a crime has been, is being, or is about to be committed, including the sale, delivery, manufacture or possession of the suspected illegal drug or other controlled substance. A warrant or subpoena may not be required, and all pertinent information will be provided voluntarily and expediently.

 

Additionally, Scott Company reserves the right to perform its civic duty in reporting any suspected criminal activity to any local, municipal, county, parish, state, tribal, or federal law enforcement agencies, including suspecting the sale, delivery, manufacture or possession of the suspected illegal drug or other controlled substance.

 

Any order placed by non-Law Enforcement personnel will not be processed. 

Additionally, you are affirming that you are currently a duly sworn and/or duly commissioned municipal, county, parish, state, tribal, or federal law enforcement officer and that this test will be used as intended in full in accordance with local, county, state, or federal laws and ordinances.

If you are not a currently a duly sworn and/or duly commissioned municipal, county, parish, state, tribal, or federal law enforcement officer as stated above, clicking the PROCEED button may subject you to PROSECUTION OF A FELONY under various local, county, state, or federal laws and ordinances pertaining to the impersonation of oneself as a law enforcement official, or similar illegal misrepresentation thereof.
